Expenses other than good’s price

- Cash on Delivery: Handling Fee ¥330 JPY
- Paid at Convenience Store: Handling Fee ¥190 JPY
- Bank Transfer: The banking fee is paid by customers.
Delivery Time of Goods
Normally around 5 days (plus extra day when Tuesday, factory non-operation day is included.)
When the bank transfer is used, the goods are delivered around 5 days after the payment is confirmed.
Expiration of Order
The order is cancelled when the payment has not been done within 14 days from the order date.
Returns and Defective Goods
Period and Conditions for Return
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to the customer's circumstances after the order has been placed because those are food products. In the case that the goods are damaged or have other defects, we accept returns or exchanges. Need to contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will contact you regarding the way of returns or exchanges, then send new goods as soon as possible.
Please note that we will charge the goods price, round-trip shipping fees, reshipping fee if forwarded, and handling fee for returning goods, in the case that the goods are returned to us due to the reasons below.
- When the goods are not received by customers within 5 days of delivery due to the customer’s circumstances.
- When customers refuse to receive the goods.

Others
This website uses the online shop server provided by Shopify Co., Ltd. The submission form supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which protects the communication between servers and customer's devices by encrypting and prevents viewing the information entered.
Credit card information is sent directly to the payment server operated by the payment agency (Shopifypayment/KOMOJU) using the token method (card information non-passing method), so it does not pass through the online shop server. Additionally, both we and Shopify do not retain any credit card information.
