Our facility accepts groups such as schools in order to promote the Shinshu oyaki culture. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the small space. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
1. Factory tours (free)
You are free to explore the viewing path. However, because the path is narrow, we ask that you be considerate of others when using it. In addition, during less crowded times such as weekdays, staff will provide tours (for about 10 to 15 minutes) for groups. If you are interested, please contact us in advance by phone.
* Reception hours are from 10:00 to 16:00 (except Tuesdays).
*If you are coming as a school group for a field trip or other such occasion, we will guide you in groups of up to 20 people.
*Please allow approximately 30 to 40 minutes for the factory tour and shopping.
2. About the Oyaki-making experience (fees apply)
・Each tour takes approximately 1 hour (including the factory tour).
- The maximum number of people allowed at one time is 16 adults (20 children).
・If you would like more than the above, we will provide you with information in multiple sessions, so please contact us.
*Even if you are planning consecutive experiences, there will be a minimum of 30 minutes gap between each experience to allow for preparation.
*For groups of 11 or more, a group discount rate will be applied: Adults: 1,500 yen, Children: 1,200 yen.
*As deep frying is involved, we ask that children of elementary school age or younger be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3. About Oyaki Lessons (Free)
We have prepared a simple class (lecture) where you can learn about the history and culture of oyaki. We accept a minimum of 11 people, but due to venue restrictions, the maximum number of people is about 15. Please apply together with the oyaki making experience. Please also make a reservation in advance. Please consult us about the required time.
